Job Requirements

- Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge
- May need to obtain customs seal for international flights
- Able to lift and move items up to 70 pounds
- Able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb frequently
- Must maintain company grooming and appearance standards
- Must comply with attendance standards
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed
- Able to read documents and follow instructions
- Ability to work well under stressful situations
- Ability to complete customer service agent training program with an 80 percent average
- Ability to observe hazardous situations and handle emergencies
- Presentation of a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to communicate verbally by telephone, face-to-face, and PA systems
- Able to work shift work and overtime
- Possession or ability to obtain SIDA badge and comply with airport requirements
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Work cooperatively to ensure company success
- Provide legendary customer service to travelers and cargo customers
- Operate computerized point-of-sale systems for ticketing, boarding, baggage service, and reservations
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers for transactions
- Check in baggage and cargo efficiently
- Answer phones, resolve complaints, and assist customers
- Address mishandled customer situations such as oversells and delays
- Provide fare, schedule, reservation, and flight information
- Complete required forms and reports
- Write irregularity and complaint reports as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by employee's leaders
