Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- able to stand for long periods
- able to lift baggage up to 70 lbs
- availability for shift-based schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of customer service experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Duties
- Check in customers
- issue boarding passes
- tag and handle baggage
- board flights
- resolve passenger issues with a 'Servant's Heart'
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain compliance with airport regulations
