Job Duties
- check in passengers
- verify travel documents
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- perform service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
- provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
- handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues compassionately
- multitask between check-in system and passenger interactions
