Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior airline experience required
  • ability to stand for entire shifts
  • flexibility to work any shift including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • availability for comprehensive paid training at Denver hub

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience is desirable but not required
  • proficiency with technology and operational software
  • problem-solving skills with a passenger-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • check in passengers at ticket counters
  • verify travel documents
  • sell ancillary services including seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • proactively manage service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
  • assist passengers with inquiries and concerns
  • multitask effectively in a fast-paced airport environment
