Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Check in passengers at ticket counters
  • verify passenger documents
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • manage service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • provide compassionate passenger assistance
  • multitask between check-in systems and passenger interactions
  • support operational needs of ramp and flight crews
