Job Duties

  • checking in passengers

  • managing service recovery by proactively re-booking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • assisting passengers at ticket counters, boarding gates, and baggage service offices
  • multitasking between check-in systems and passenger inquiries
  • providing operational support to ramp and flight crews
