Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior airline experience required
  • must demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability for shift work including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must pass background check and drug screening
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties

  • check in passengers at ticket counters and boarding gates
  • verify passenger documents and travel information
  • provide service recovery by rebooking flights during delays or cancellations
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • assist passengers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • collaborate with ramp and flight crews to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain accurate records of passenger transactions and service interactions
