Job Requirements

  • entry-level position with no prior airline experience required
  • availability for 24/7 shift scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work on feet for full shifts
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training at Denver International Airport
  • pass background checks and comply with security protocols

  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • checking in passengers
  • verifying travel documents
  • selling ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • managing service recovery during flight delays or cancellations
  • assisting passengers at ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
  • multitasking between check-in systems and passenger interactions
  • providing operational support to ramp and flight crews
