Job Requirements
- entry-level position with no prior airline experience required
- availability for 24/7 shift scheduling including weekends and holidays
- ability to work on feet for full shifts
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training at Denver International Airport
- pass background checks and comply with security protocols

Job Duties
- checking in passengers
- verifying travel documents
- selling ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- managing service recovery during flight delays or cancellations
- assisting passengers at ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
- multitasking between check-in systems and passenger interactions
- providing operational support to ramp and flight crews
