Job Requirements

  • ability to travel to the Denver International Airport hub as needed

Job Duties

  • checking in passengers
  • verifying travel documents
  • selling ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • providing service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • assisting passengers at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and boarding gates
  • multitasking between check-in systems and passenger interactions
  • supporting ramp and flight operations as needed
