Job Duties

  • check in passengers at ticket counters
  • verify passenger documents and travel credentials
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • proactively manage service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • provide compassionate and effective customer assistance during all phases of passenger interaction
  • multitask efficiently between operational systems and passenger needs
  • support ramp and flight crews through operational coordination
