Job Duties
- check in passengers at ticket counters
- verify passenger documents and travel credentials
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- proactively manage service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
- provide compassionate and effective customer assistance during all phases of passenger interaction
- multitask efficiently between operational systems and passenger needs
- support ramp and flight crews through operational coordination
