Job Requirements

  • entry-level position
  • no prior airline experience required
  • availability for any shift including early mornings and late nights
  • ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during service disruptions

  • physical ability to stand and move throughout shift

Job Duties

  • checking in passengers
  • verifying travel documents
  • selling ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • providing service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • assisting passengers at ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
  • multitasking between check-in systems and passenger interactions
  • supporting ramp and flight crews operationally
