Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior airline experience required
  • ability to work any shift including early mornings and late nights
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • capacity to handle physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods
  • commitment to provide compassionate passenger assistance
  • willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training on-site

Job Duties

  • checking in passengers
  • verifying travel documents
  • processing baggage claims and handling fees
  • assisting passengers with service recovery including re-booking during delays or cancellations
  • selling ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • providing operational support to ramp and flight crews
  • maintaining customer service standards at ticket counters, baggage offices, and boarding gates
