- no prior airline experience required
- available for flexible shift work including early mornings nights weekends and holidays
- ability to work on feet for entire shift
- strong customer service orientation
- basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- check in passengers and verify travel documents
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- provide service recovery by re-booking passengers affected by delays or cancellations
- assist passengers at ticket counters baggage service offices and boarding gates
- multitask between check-in system and passenger interactions
- offer compassionate passenger assistance and solutions
- support ramp and flight crews operational needs
