Job Requirements

  • no prior airline experience required
  • available for flexible shift work including early mornings nights weekends and holidays
  • ability to work on feet for entire shift
  • strong customer service orientation
  • basic computer literacy
  • willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Job Duties

  • check in passengers and verify travel documents
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • provide service recovery by re-booking passengers affected by delays or cancellations
  • assist passengers at ticket counters baggage service offices and boarding gates
  • multitask between check-in system and passenger interactions
  • offer compassionate passenger assistance and solutions
  • support ramp and flight crews operational needs
