Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Check in passengers at the ticket counter
  • Verify passenger travel documents and comply with security regulations
  • Manage baggage service inquiries and resolve related issues
  • Sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • Provide service recovery by rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • Assist passengers during boarding and gate operations
  • Offer compassionate and efficient customer service to all travelers
