Job Duties

  • check in passengers
  • verify travel documents
  • assist passengers at ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • perform service recovery including rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • multitask between check-in systems and passenger interactions
  • provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
