Job Duties

  • check in passengers
  • verify travel documents
  • sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
  • proactively manage service recovery including re-booking passengers during delays or cancellations
  • provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
  • multitask between check-in system and passenger service
  • assist passengers at ticket counter, baggage service office, and boarding gates
