Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime including Saturdays
- willingness to participate in in-house training and job shadowing
- ability to use standard office equipment and software
- capability to sit for long periods and perform activities such as reading, lifting, carrying, keyboarding, grasping, reaching
- ability to work independently in a quiet environment
- physical ability to use step ladders as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- proven success in customer service environments
- strong communication skills including listening, writing, and verbal communication
- proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and tickets effectively
- positive team player attitude
- conversational or intermediate Spanish preferred
- experience operating ERP systems such as Oracle
Job Duties
- Handle multi-channel inbound communications including phone, email, web portal, ticketing system, chat while meeting or exceeding service levels
- support on-time delivery commitment by providing customer support and escalating issues as needed
- build relationships within the Customer Service team to meet customer needs
- maintain professional communications with customers, ISPs, and internal personnel with quick turnaround on inquiries
- assist with order entry and other tasks during peak times
- participate actively in training programs and job shadowing
- operate ERP system (Oracle) to manage orders and customer service tasks
