Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Ability to pass a 10-year criminal history records check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to complete Customer Service Agent training course
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize prioritize and multitask
- Willingness to work all shifts including weekends nights holidays and irregular shifts
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize prioritize and multitask
- Previous airline experience preferred
- Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred
Job Duties
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
- Monitor computerized passenger boarding
- Assist customers with special needs including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
- Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
- Operate the Jetway
- Load and unload baggage and cargo
- Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
- Guide and park aircraft
- Perform cabin maintenance tasks
- Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
