Job Requirements

  • Proof of high school diploma or GED
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • ability to lift 70 pounds regularly
  • willingness to work all shifts including weekends nights holidays and irregular shifts
  • ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • 10-year criminal history records check
  • drug screening as required

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of customer service agent training course
  • ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to organize prioritize and multitask
  • previous airline experience preferred
  • previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
  • basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
  • monitor computerized passenger boarding
  • assist customers with special needs including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
  • change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
  • operate the Jetway
  • load and unload baggage and cargo
  • operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
  • guide and park aircraft
  • perform cabin maintenance tasks
  • work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
