Job Requirements

  • Proof of high school or GED completion
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of Customer Service Agent training course
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • 10-year Criminal History Records Check
  • Drug screen clearance
  • Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to organize prioritize and multitask
  • Previous airline experience preferred
  • Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
  • Monitor computerized passenger boarding
  • Assist customers with special needs including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
  • Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
  • Operate the Jetway
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo
  • Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
  • Guide and park aircraft
  • Perform cabin maintenance tasks
  • Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
