Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • effective communication skills in English
  • one year of customer service experience
  • ability to access and interpret electronic and printed information
  • proficiency with electronic devices including tablets and computers
  • effective interpersonal communication
  • pass background check and drug screen
  • eligibility for necessary security credentials and clearances
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • prolonged standing and walking
  • able to reach, grasp, push, pull, bend, stretch, squat, kneel
  • capable of crawling and crouching in tight spaces
  • exposure to moderate to high noise levels
  • able to hear and respond to audible alarms
  • able to perform repetitive motions with arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
  • specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • one year of customer service experience
  • ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in person and through electronic means
  • pass a background check and drug screen
  • eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal - as applicable)
  • flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
  • effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and procedures
  • provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
  • coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience
  • exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • perform any additional duties as assigned by management
