Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to handle detailed data management tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to adhere to attendance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with standard computer programs such as Outlook and Word
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Experience in the cargo industry preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Receive and collate customer SAP export paperwork
  • Responsible for the allocation of stock to bookings and process shipments in accordance with SOP
  • Complete customs procedures and work with appointed routed agents and company operated services
  • Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment SOPs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Meet the station's attendance standards
