Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to handle detailed data management tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to adhere to attendance standards
Job Qualifications
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with standard computer programs such as Outlook and Word
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Experience in the cargo industry preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Receive and collate customer SAP export paperwork
- Responsible for the allocation of stock to bookings and process shipments in accordance with SOP
- Complete customs procedures and work with appointed routed agents and company operated services
- Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment SOPs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Meet the station's attendance standards
