- Ability to obtain a TWIC after being hired
- Certain felonies may exclude you from obtaining a TWIC
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn and navigate an online booking system
- Must provide highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Willingness to familiarize with company offerings and schedules

Job Duties
- Answering phones
- Selling tickets and making reservations by phone and in person using an online booking system
- Scanning tickets as passengers board
- Responding to customer questions and inquiries
- Organizing passenger lines
