Job Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license within 30 days of hire
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year work experience in a related aviation or customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties effectively in a high-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks including in-person, radio, phone and transaction processing
- Adaptability and ability to multitask regularly
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Availability to work between 6am and 10pm including mandatory weekends

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with flight crew, aircraft owners and passengers in the delivery of service requests
- Process sales transactions for the purchase of fuel and ancillary aircraft services, including ramp and hangar parking, ground power, lavatory and water service, catering and gift shop purchases
- Prearrange customer service requests for aircraft arrival and departure, hotel and rental car reservations, catering and miscellaneous transportation needs
- Coordinate the safe and expeditious transfer of customers and baggage through the terminal facility
- Interact with customers on a one-on-one basis, while conducting frequent reviews of terminal amenities and facilities
- Communicate with aircraft inflight via aviation band radio to coordinate arrival times and service needs
- Perform shift closeouts and balances
- complete fuel reports and concierge request scheduling
