Job Requirements

  • Valid Florida driver’s license within 30 days of hire
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of one year work experience in a related aviation or customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform duties effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks including in-person, radio, phone and transaction processing
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask regularly
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Availability to work between 6am and 10pm including mandatory weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year work experience in a related aviation or customer service field preferred
  • Valid Florida driver’s license within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to prioritize job tasks occurring simultaneously in a busy environment
  • Adaptability and multitasking capability
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with flight crew, aircraft owners and passengers in the delivery of service requests
  • Process sales transactions for the purchase of fuel and ancillary aircraft services, including ramp and hangar parking, ground power, lavatory and water service, catering and gift shop purchases
  • Prearrange customer service requests for aircraft arrival and departure, hotel and rental car reservations, catering and miscellaneous transportation needs
  • Coordinate the safe and expeditious transfer of customers and baggage through the terminal facility
  • Interact with customers on a one-on-one basis, while conducting frequent reviews of terminal amenities and facilities
  • Communicate with aircraft inflight via aviation band radio to coordinate arrival times and service needs
  • Perform shift closeouts and balances
  • complete fuel reports and concierge request scheduling
