Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18, must be authorized to work in the U.S., ability to consistently lift 50 lbs, must be able to push/pull 50 lbs, must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp, ability to participate in paid training, ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures, must comply with tattoo policy including restrictions on visible tattoos, ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge, flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of customer service or community service experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written and listening, typing speed of at least 25 WPM, ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system, flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, ability to communicate in English, ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist guests with travel needs, sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations, perform computer, iPad and paperwork tasks, evaluate and prepare flights by arranging seat assignments and load, coordinate special meals and upgrades, perform boarding and gate duties including checking flight tickets, assisting and directing passengers, making announcements, checking aircraft, and confirming cabin security, process and secure passenger luggage, perform duties as assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction
