- ability to pass background check and alcohol and drug test
- six months of related or previous office experience
- strong customer relations skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks with interruption
- computer skills
- familiarity with microsoft office applications
- availability to work third shift

Job Duties
- use scanning machine to load bills into the company computer system for processing
- pick up bills from routing office and deliver to dock locations
- aid linehaul dispatch during employee absences
- receive drivers at gate and collect driver and freight information
- assign driver numbers and trailer locations
- direct visitors and truckers to various parts of the premises
- balance daily cash report and prepare deposits
- operate switchboard console for phone coverage
- provide applications to job applicants and welcome visitors
