Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- ability to operate front-end equipment such as registers and scanners
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- must be able to stand and walk continuously throughout shift
- ability to lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 30 lbs
- bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties
- Greets and interacts with customers

- operates front end equipment

- utilizes POS and credit card system
- handles cash and maintains balanced cash drawers
- processes returns, refunds, overcharges, and credits
- schedules coverage for Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks' breaks
- completes beginning and end-of-shift procedures
- all other duties as assigned
