Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cleveland, OH
  • Must be willing to relocate to Cleveland, OH before starting work

Job Duties

  • Professionally and courteously answer, direct, and manage incoming calls
  • Handle service and supply requests or inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the downtown Cleveland office/showroom
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain and enhance customer loyalty
  • Collaborate across departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Support technicians and field management with administrative tasks
  • Accurately enter and code data, resolve issues, and maintain records
  • Support management with various administrative duties as assigned
