Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Must be able to work on-site in Cleveland, OH
- Must be willing to relocate to Cleveland, OH before starting work

Job Duties
- Professionally and courteously answer, direct, and manage incoming calls
- Handle service and supply requests or inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Welcome and assist visitors to the downtown Cleveland office/showroom
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain and enhance customer loyalty
- Collaborate across departments to provide excellent customer service
- Support technicians and field management with administrative tasks
- Accurately enter and code data, resolve issues, and maintain records
- Support management with various administrative duties as assigned
