Job Duties
- Assisting in the operation of the American Patrols Operations Desk, serving as critical command and control and acting as the primary liaison between pilots and customers
- inputting, tracking, and analyzing data from pilot reports and customer interactions
- directly communicating with customers to leave a positive impression for the company
- generating customer reports indicating services provided and inspection results
- solidifying hard data from vague clues
- assisting with generation of the daily flying schedule using proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth
- coordinating with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations
- communicating performance expectations to pilots prior to mission execution
- assisting with general projects relating to overall business operations
- coordinating with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations
