Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related fields
- At least one year of direct supervisory or leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced understanding of manufacturing and production

Job Duties
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- State, local, and federal regulations compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provides off shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises
