Job Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One year or more direct supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
  • Advanced logistics industry knowledge required
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations required
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components required
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required

Job Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred
  • Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One year or more direct supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Advanced logistics industry knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations
  • Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
  • Advanced strong knowledge of manufacturing and production

Job Duties

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and safety management
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Support off-shift critical customer network disruptions or crises
  • Perform other duties as assigned
