Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One year or more direct supervisory or leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge required
- Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations required
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production required

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred
- Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced strong knowledge of manufacturing and production
Job Duties
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Support off-shift critical customer network disruptions or crises
- Perform other duties as assigned
