Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- valid driver’s license
- basic computer skills including typing and data entry
- willingness to work outdoors
- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot continuously
- position requires regular on-site presence
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Job Duties
- Assist customers at airport locations
- manage customer lines efficiently
- direct customers to the appropriate rental operation locations
- answer customer questions to enhance travel experience
- provide excellent customer service consistently
- stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for extended periods
- drive a variety of vehicles as needed
