Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of direct, recent experience in a high-volume hospitality, hotel, or restaurant customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional hospitality-level communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized, calm, and detail-oriented during busy times
  • Strong computer and typing skills with experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and phone systems
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
  • Must reside within commutable distance of branch locations in Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Woodstock, Lake Forest, Omaha, Lincoln, or Milwaukee
  • Reliable internet connectivity or ability to work at branch location if connectivity issues occur

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer and typing skills with experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and phone systems
  • Competitive spirit paired with genuine teamwork
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Home-services experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every customer by scheduling service appointments and resolving issues with care
  • Build relationships through professional and friendly communication by phone, email, and text
  • Recommend service memberships that help customers save money and protect their home systems
  • Make outbound calls to help customers stay on track with maintenance and service needs
  • Keep customer records accurate and follow up to ensure every detail is handled
  • Work closely with your team and participate in training to grow your service and sales abilities
  • Assist with additional tasks or special projects as needed
