Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment preferred
  • Ability to walk up and down flights of stairs and stand for full shifts
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds
  • NYC food protection certificate or willingness to obtain before employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience demonstrating patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Flexible approach to work and quick responsiveness

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a front-of-house food service supervisor
  • Proven success managing a restaurant or food and beverage operation
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Familiarity with VIP clientele management

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house food and beverage staff
  • Set up the venue for daily food and beverage service
  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations during shows
  • Hire, train, and manage bar leads, bartenders, servers, hosts, and purchasers
  • Manage inventory control and purchasing processes
  • Maintain budget and manage all food and beverage sales
  • Evaluate and improve menu selection, promotional partnerships, and VIP patron experiences
