Job Requirements

  • At least 17 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • Comfortable using basic POS systems
  • Weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Be the welcoming face of Waterworks - greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
  • Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
  • Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families' needs
  • Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment
  • Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed
  • Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals
