Job Requirements

  • At least 17 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • Comfortable using basic POS systems
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet families and assist in person and over the phone
  • Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
  • Communicate clearly to help families select appropriate lesson packages
  • Listen with empathy and develop creative solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Interact positively with children and families in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve registration and retention goals
