Job Requirements
- At least 17 years old
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Comfortable using basic POS systems
- Weekend availability required
- Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet families and assist in person and over the phone
- Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
- Communicate clearly to help families select appropriate lesson packages
- Listen with empathy and develop creative solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Interact positively with children and families in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve registration and retention goals
