Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • proficient typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • comfort using point of sale systems
  • weekend availability
  • at least 17 years of age
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • strong computer skills
  • proficient typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • comfortable using basic POS systems

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • register new customers
  • schedule lessons
  • process payments
  • manage accounts
  • communicate clearly to help families choose the right lesson packages
  • listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families' needs
  • maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies
  • work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals
