Job Requirements

  • At least 17 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient typing (40+ WPM)
  • Comfort with POS systems
  • Weekend availability
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
  • Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
  • Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families' needs
  • Interact positively with children and families in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lobby area by wiping surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet registration and retention goals
