Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school with over 35 locations across California and Colorado. Dedicated to teaching children ages 3 months and up as well as adults how to swim, this company focuses on educating and motivating individuals to be safer and to learn proper swimming technique. Job Requirements

  • At least 17 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing 40+ words per minute
  • Comfortable with basic POS systems
  • Weekend availability required

Job Duties

  • Be the welcoming face of Waterworks greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • Register new customers schedule lessons process payments and manage accounts
  • Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
  • Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs
  • Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively fast-paced environment
  • Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces keeping floors dry and restocking supplies as needed
  • Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals
