Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school with over 35 locations across California and Colorado. The organization focuses on teaching children, starting from as young as 3 months old, up to adults the skills they need to swim safely and effectively. Job Requirements
- At least 17 years old
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and computer skills
- Proficient typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Comfortable with basic POS systems
- Weekend availability required

Job Duties
- Greet and assist families in person and over the phone
- Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts
- Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages
- Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs
- Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed
- Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals
