Job Requirements

  • At least 17 years old
  • weekend availability
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • customer service experience
  • typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • proficiency with basic POS systems
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • computer proficiency
  • typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • ability to communicate warmly and empathetically
  • ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist families in person and over the phone
  • register new customers and schedule lessons
  • process payments and manage accounts
  • communicate clearly to help families choose appropriate lesson packages
  • listen empathetically and find solutions to meet customer needs
  • maintain clean and safe lobby conditions by wiping surfaces and restocking supplies
  • work collaboratively with team to achieve registration and retention goals
