Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, general studies or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in event registration management or similar role
  • Proficiency in using registration platforms and CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to respond to a high volume of inquiries
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including some travel
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, general studies or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage complex systems
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Highly organized with strong relational and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee end-to-end event registration for all Passion Conference events, including event platforms, ticket creation, on-sale timelines and income reporting
  • Manage the reconciliation and reporting of registration income
  • Plan and lead the on-site arrival and group seating experience for attendees
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure all attendee-facing event information is accurate, clear, and aligned with brand standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone by responding to a high daily volume of inquiries and managing multiple HubSpot inboxes
  • Consistently evaluate feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in registration and attendee experience processes
