Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, general studies or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in event registration management or similar role
- Proficiency in using registration platforms and CRM tools like HubSpot
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to respond to a high volume of inquiries
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some travel
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

- Detail oriented with the ability to manage complex systems

Job Duties
- Oversee end-to-end event registration for all Passion Conference events, including event platforms, ticket creation, on-sale timelines and income reporting
- Manage the reconciliation and reporting of registration income
- Plan and lead the on-site arrival and group seating experience for attendees
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure all attendee-facing event information is accurate, clear, and aligned with brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone by responding to a high daily volume of inquiries and managing multiple HubSpot inboxes
- Consistently evaluate feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in registration and attendee experience processes
