Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Preferred experience in airline, lounge or travel industry
- Strong communication skills
- Professionalism and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Decision-making skills under pressure
- Resourcefulness and technological proficiency
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge or travel industry experience is preferred
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations
- Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival
- Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end
- Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win brand loyalty
- Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
