Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in premium customer service
  • Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Must maintain professionalism and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be resourceful and tech-savvy
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to perform light to moderate lifting
  • Employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills in every interaction

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers’ issues or concerns to win brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers’ needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodating needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners
