Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience providing customer service to premium clients
  • Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capability to handle multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting
  • US work eligibility

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Preferred experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry
  • Passion for proactive customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to listen and offer confident recommendations
  • High professionalism and positive attitude
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions prioritizing Card Members' experience
  • Resourceful and proficient in using the Internet in face-to-face settings
  • Comfortable switching between multiple technology platforms
  • Adaptability to changing environments
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
  • Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and win brand loyalty
  • Employ Customer First philosophy in meeting needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
