Job Duties
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- take accountability and ownership of customer experience from start to finish
- create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and foster brand loyalty
- employ Customer First philosophy to meet customer needs and expectations
- provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- offer travel consultation and assist with minimal reservations
- collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member needs
