Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and offer confident recommendations
  • Exhibits utmost professionalism and maintains a positive attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Resourceful and capable of using the internet in a face-to-face environment
  • Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms with ease
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing environment and resilience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers’ issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty
  • Employing the customer first philosophy in meeting customers’ needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodating needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners
