Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift light to moderate loads
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Quick decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using internet and multiple technology platforms

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers’ issues or concerns to build brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers’ needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodating needs by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners
