Job Duties

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
  • take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
  • resolve customer issues innovatively to win brand loyalty
  • employ a customer-first approach in meeting customer needs
  • provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
