Job Duties
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
- take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
- resolve customer issues innovatively to win brand loyalty
- employ a customer-first approach in meeting customer needs
- provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
