Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with multiple technology platforms
- Ability to manage physical demands including light to moderate lifting
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to listen to customers’ needs and offer confident recommendations
- Must exhibit utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to make quick decisions putting Card Members’ experience first
- Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively
- Proficiency in switching between multiple technology platforms
- Adaptability to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting
Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative ways to resolve customers’ issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers’ needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodating needs of our Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners
